Introducing the ALB Lawyers at Work survey

Key issues affecting lawyers at work are now being monitored and analysed by the ALB lawyers at work survey, in order to give a comprehensive and accurate picture of life in practice. Everything from how long lawyers are spending at work each day and how many team members each firm has to what employee benefits are being offered and used  can affect the individual lawyer’s working life.

All lawyers practicing within Asia and the Middle East, from 1 year PQE and above, are invited to answer a series of brief questions designed to help provide insight into the work habits of lawyers. What is working? What concerns lawyers most about their working conditions and colleagues? What interests lawyers the most on a day to day basis? These are all questions that can best be answered by those in practice.

The lawyers at work survey is an opportunity for those working in the profession every day to have input into the research that reveals to the rest of the industry and those outside it how law firms function, how employees interact and what influences the decisions firms make on a regular basis.

The survey is on-line, accessible from our front page www.legalbusinessonline.com, and takes no longer than five minutes to fill in. The survey is also 100% anonymous, as the aim is to gather the most honest, accurate and reliable information for those interested in the results.
