Our client, a prominent first tier national law firm with offices overseas, is looking for a solicitor with a solid background in commercial litigation to join its Dispute Resolution team.

This is a great chance to work in a firm which has established an excellent reputation in this area of law and consequently the successful applicant will be exposed to a blue chip client base and will be presented with a challenging and rewarding workload involving both back-end and front-end construction matters.

To secure this position you should have experience in construction litigation and/or front-end transactions, a thorough knowledge of construction law and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will also have recognised commercial experience gained in a similar environment and enjoy working as part of a committed team.

The right candidate will have commercial litigation experience, however not necessarily in a Construction environment.This is a great opportunity to enhance your career by working within a dynamic team where you will receive excellent mentoring from a partner with an excellent reputation in this area of law.
