Our banking client engaged in commercial banking activities is looking for a legal counsel to help provide legal advisory services to the Singapore branch of the Bank.  You will be required to review, interpret and draft legal documents, agreements and contracts.  Ideally, you have a recognised law degree, min 2 years of working experience in a financial institution or in private practice handling banking matters.  Additionally, you have good interpersonal and communication skills.
