Our client is a well-established full licensed bank offering wholesale banking products and services.  In line with its expansion, it is currently seeking a highly motivated legal professional to join its Legal Team.

Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will provide legal services to various businesses & support units and assist in identifying, managing and controlling legal risks.  You will work with Compliance and business units on new products or businesses and to highlight, analyse or mitigate legal risks.  you will also liaise and coordinate with external and internal legal counsels on any litigation matters and drafting of documentation.

To be successful in this role, you possess a good law degree and have had some experience in capital market transactions and in ISDA documentation.  You also have strong knowledge of legal principles in corporate banking and trade finance transactions.  A good team player and ability to work independently, you should have a minimum of 3 years' working experience in banking industry.
