Due to exponential growth in the region and beyond, our client is expanding its in-house legal team and is seeking a corporate counsel to join its Group Legal Department in Kuwait. This is a great opportunity and the successful candidate will be exposed to the highest quality work in an organisation with solid year-on-year growth, working with a well established legal team in the Middle East and Europe.

Most importantly applicants will need to demonstrate a genuine desire to work in the Middle East and have a solid track record of working on M&A, JV and a variety of corporate commercial transactions.  Our client seeks applicants with excellent academics who have trained in a top law firm and who are qualified in either the US, UK or other Commonwealth jurisdictions.  Previous in-house experience is desirable. The range and depth of work is exciting as you will be working with a team of highly regarded lawyers in a dynamic organisation. The role will appeal to qualified lawyers with between 5 and 10 years pqe, who want maximum exposure in the region, the opportunity to work on stellar deals and a certain amount of travel in the region and beyond.
