There is an increasing demand in the market for expert employment advice and assistance, and as such the firm is seeking a further two lawyers at the 2 - 4 year level to work on a broad range of matters.  

The successful candidate will join a dynamic enthusiastic team whose expertise include occupation, health & safety issues - responsibilities in the workplace ,industrial relations - strategies to minimise industrial conflict ,executive remuneration - appointment and compensation, individual grievances - cost-sensitive commercial outcomes ,anti-discrimination - discrimination, sexual harassment and unfair dismissal ,superannuation - member complaints, fund mergers, conversion to accumulation funds and member transfers resulting from M&A.
