There is currently an exciting opportunity for a bright and dynamic Special Counsel with at least five years of commercial litigation post qualification experience to join our clients prominent Darwin practice.

In this role the successful candidate will play a crucial role in the firms leading litigation practice which is noted for it's outstanding client service in solving Australia's most complex and significant disputes. As the newest member to this close-knit team, you will act as the offices in-house advocate, and will provide a high level of support to the litigation practice, along with supervising and mentoring junior team members.

To be considered for this great role, you will ideally possess

- Advanced advocacy skills and experience
- Solid commercial litigation experience
- The ability to provide mentoring and support to junior team members
- Excellent client relationship skills, and
- Strong academics
