Reporting to the Chief Legal Counsel you will be responsible for supporting the legal needs of the core business and its subsidiaries. You will provide commercially relevant legal advice to the business including assessing legal risks and providing options, effectively managing new or potential legislation as it affects the business as well as helping to develop new strategies in relation to regulatory change.

To be successful in obtaining this unique opportunity in the Brisbane market you will ideally have seven to ten years’ post qualification experience, equivalent to a Senior Associate or above. Prior experience as an in-house lawyer or other exposure to an in-house system will be viewed favourably. Your excellent drafting skills and experience in advising, negotiating, reviewing and drafting agreements will separate you from your peers.
