Highly rated top tier firm is seeking to recruit an exceptional Senior Associate to join their Banking & Finance team.
You will be working alongside some of the leading practitioners within the Banking & Finance space on high profile and complex Acquisition finance and restructurings.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience gained within a highly regarded Banking & Finance department with significant experience dealing with acquisition/leveraged finance, corporate finance and restructuring. Project finance experience would also be an advantage but is not essential.
