Assistant In-House Counsel

Our client is a major telecommunication network services provider and they now have a need for an Assistant In-House Counsel to join its Hong Kong team. 

This role will assist in drafting and negotiating a wide range of TMT related commercial agreements. It is a great opportunity to get exposure to legal and commercial practice relating to the technology, telecommunications and media industries. The Assistant Counsel will work closely with the multimedia production team in ensuring compliance with local broadcasting laws, rule regulations. Contentious IP related works will also be involved.

The successful candidate will have about 1-5+ years’ PQE and have in-house legal experience with listed companies will be an advantage. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese are essential.
