This is a great opportunity for an attorney to work for a leading US Technology MNC for their Japan and APAC region.

With an excellent growth potential to take on a head role your work will include providing commercial legal counsel to sales and services executives, along with giving key transactional support for Japanese contracts and employment related issues; you will also facilitate compliance training and guidance to executives on Foreign Corrupt Practice Act and similar regulations. To qualify for this role, you should have:

  • An LLB or a higher degree from the US, UK, Japan or Singapore.
  • At least 5yrs experience, including experience in IT/IP industry, preferably as an in-house attorney.
  • The ability to speak, write and negotiate fluently in English and Japanese.
