Phenomenal opportunity for a mid-senior level Australian qualified Corporate lawyer to join the London office of a highly regarded, leading law firm. A competitive remuneration package is on offer, and also a relocation allowance. You will be working shoulder to shoulder with the Managing Partner. If you are entitled to work within the EU, all the better, though not a deal breaker if sponsorship is required, and you are the ideal candidate. Be quick!

Desired Skills & Experience
Acting for multinationals, alongside UK and US law firms, this leading practice covers a wide range of transactions. The workload within this Corporate department has a focus on corporate and finance, across both Australian and English law.
Experience within a general corporate role is preferable, with knowledge of M&A and securities transactions. Exposure to Capital Markets is also favourable, however not essential.
