This leading international firm with a strong reputation in the Asia Pacific region is currently seeking a mid to senior level commercial litigator to join its thriving commercial litigation practice in Hong Kong. In this role you will enjoy carrying out a broad range of commercial litigation work across a range of specialist areas, including but not limited to, breach of contract and warranty claims, breaches of confidence, restrictive covenants, infringements of all forms of proprietary rights and the obtaining and enforcement of injunctions. You will be given a high degree of autonomy and management responsibilities, reporting to a partner who has a strong market reputation and is recognised as a leading lawyer by a number of respected international legal directories. You will be Hong Kong qualified and have 5 to 8 years of PQE with solid commercial litigation experience acquired at a top tier firm. Chinese language skills are not required.
