Exciting opportunity for a legally-trained contracts negotiator to join our client's dynamic APAC legal team. Our client is a well-known US MNC in the technology industry. This newly-created role will be based inBeijingto support our client's business in the P.R.C, with a view to grooming the successful candidate to provide support on a wider APAC basis.

You should possess a law degree with at least 3 years of contract negotiation experience, ideally in the IT/Technology industry. You will succeed in this role if you are an energetic and business-oriented person, with a positive and flexible attitude and an innovative outlook.
