Corporate Associate | 2+ PQE | Shanghai/Beijing
This Magic Circle law firm is now looking for a corporate associate to join their Shanghai or Beijing office. The role will be in general corporate focusing in M&A, FDI, private equity and joint venture transactions with the world's top international clients. The candidate must be commonwealth or US qualified and have at least 2 years of relevant experience from an international firm.   This is a perfect opportunity for the junior corporate lawyer to further his career with a market leading team at a Magic Circle firm in China. Fluency in Mandarin and English required.

Clare graduated from the University of Westminster with a degree in Information Systems and Business Management. Upon completing the Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP Law School in 2010 and gaining subsequent experience at Herbert Smith, Clare joined Taylor Root in 2011 as an Associate supporting the private practice team. She works with a broad range of law firms in Hong Kong, China and across other parts of North Asia. Clare is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
