In this role you will be offered a high degree of autonomy and a work-load focusing on cross-border M&A and private equity deals, IPOs and other securities offerings from China, reporting to a partner who is ranked as one of Asia's top corporate lawyers. You will have solid corporate experience gained with a leading international firm, with 2 to 6 years of PQE (Commonwealth lawyers) or between JD 2006 to 2010 if US qualified.
