Our client, a prestigious UK international firm with a market leading corporate practice and well established offices in China, is currently looking for a mid-level corporate lawyer to join its Shanghai office. In this role you will work with partners and other associates on China related, cross-border M&As, general corporate and regulatory matters, for an impressive blue-chip client base. You will be PRC qualified and have 4 or more years of PQE with extensive FDI and M&A experience, preferably acquired with an international firm. Proficiency in Chinese and English is also required for the role. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious corporate lawyer looking to develop their career working for a leading international firm.
