Busy Corporate Team - Growth Role

Working for this International firm you will be exposed to some of Australia's and Asia's most complex transactions acting for the region's largest and most significant public companies, major financial institutions and global investment banks.

As part of this busy team, you will be advising on mergers & acquisitions and securities and equity capital markets regularly acting for both bidders and targets in takeovers and acting for issuers and underwriters in securities offerings.

To be successful you will have 2-4 years previous experience working for a national, international or equivalent boutique firm within the corporate department. Previous ECM and corporate experience with an M&A focus is essential as you will be expected to hit the ground running.

Superior analytical, technical and interpersonal skills teamed with excellent drafting and effective transaction management skills are essential for this role. Candidates must have a strong academic background and academics must be accompanied by all applications.
