Corporate Lawyer 1-4 Yrs - Sydney
Our client is a prominent law firm with a Corporate practice group who are well-known for their expertise. They are currently seeking exceptional corporate lawyers to join their team in Sydney.
This role will involve a mix of Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Markets and general corporate advisory work. You will work for a Partner within a close-knit team. The group have well-established relationships with financial institutions as well as ASX-listed companies and advise on significant transactions in Sydney, often with a cross-border element.
The firm is offering attractive salaries as well as the chance to work on exciting and varied transactions. To be successful you should have experience from a top-tier Australian firm or alternatively you may be returning to Sydney after working overseas and the firm welcomes applications from such applicants.
