Corporate Lawyer - leading UK firm - Tokyo - 2 to 4 years PQE

Our client is a leading UK law firm with an established presence in Asia and a market-leading reputation. The firm is currently seeking a corporate lawyer with 2 to 4 years of PQE to join its Corporate & Commercial group based in its Tokyo office. You will be joining an international corporate practice, where you be given a high level of autonomy and responsibility for advising on all types of corporate transactions including M&A, joint ventures, demergers and corporate restructurings, as well as equity capital market transactions, and private equity deals. The successful candidate will have a gained a broad range of corporate law experience with a leading international firm and preferably be qualified in England & Wales, or a commonwealth jurisdiction. You will also have native level English and fluency in Japanese. Strong academics and an enthusiastic and team focused approach are also essential for the role. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious corporate lawyer looking to develop their career with one of the world's leading law firms.
