US firm, new to the market, with an existing presence in China seeks a Hong Kong corporate partner to lead it’s Hong Kong practice. Ideally you will have a mix of M&A and corporate finance experience. A client following preferred although the firm has a strong client base to build on. Will consider an existing partner with a team or a senior associate or consultant looking to take a step up.
