A great opportunity has arisen at this US law firm who are looking to recruit a mid to senior associate or partner to build and develop a Corporate Energy practice in London.
They are looking for a Corporate Energy lawyer who has a background within advising Oil and Gas companies on various forms of capital raising measures, both in the UK and North America,
The successful candidate would be a member of the Corporate team of a UK, US or Canadian firm, and be qualified in one of these jurisdictions.
They can offer partnership to the senior candidates, or the opportunity to gain a firm partnership track to junior candidates.
