UK silver circle firm in Singapore seeks an English-law qualified DCM lawyer to join their finance team. Covering banking, DCM and major debt disciplines the team currently advises corporations, governments and investment banks on a range of debt and convertible offerings. You should have a strong technical background in general finance and DCM including MTNs, secured bonds, ABS and securitizations gained from an international firm or on international transactions. Previous experience dealing with clients and developing relationships as well as experience mentoring juniors is advantageous. Fluency in English required.
