Great opportunity to join this leading mid-sized City law firm who are keen to expand their Capital Markets team with the recruitment of an individual to specialise in Debt Capital Markets.
This firm advises a wide range of international corporations, governments and investment banks on a broad range of Debt Capital Market matters, and for example, advise on Eurobonds, EMTN Programmes, exchangeable and convertible bonds, high-yield bonds, Sukuk, sovereign and quasi-sovereign issues and liability management (including consent solicitations, debt exchange offers, tender offers and debt buy-backs) transactions.
They are now looking to expand this team and recruit an outstanding lawyer to work closely with existing partners and associates. The successful candidate would be either UK or US qualified, although they would consider outstanding Australian and Canadian applicants.
They are looking to meet with lawyers who have an outstanding academic background and who have trained / worked at a leading US or UK firm.
