Deputy Regional Counsel for SE Asia - Jakarta

Based in Jakarta, you will report to the Regional Counsel for SE Asia and assist in all legal matters for the SE Asia region, comprised of Indonesia, Malaysia, Phillipines, Thailand, Vietnam and Singapore.   You will ideally be qualified in an ASEAN jurisdiction and already based in Jakarta as a significant part of your workload will be generated in Indonesia.  Travel around the region will be required.

You will have at least 8 years experience, with a good understanding of IP issues and an excellent grasp of contractual principles.  The role will cover a wide range of general commercial legal work, including litigation, real estate, contract review, negotiations.  You must be commercially aware and personable as this is a customer facing role.
