Derivatives Documentation
Our client, a major investment bank, seeks to recruit an Analyst or AVP level derivatives documentation professional.
Applicants should be a junior qualified lawyer with experience in derivatives and ISDA or a derivatives documentation professional (qualified or non qualified) with at least one years experience drafting and negotiating ISDA Master Agreements. Paralegal with a working knowledge of ISDA in an international or Singaporean law firm are also encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating master agreements and collateral agreements with external clients and banks to support the bank's capital market trading activities across Asia.
The prospective joiner will demonstrate the required technical and analytical skills suitable for the role and knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements relating to the products in various Asian jurisdictions. Communication, judgement and problem solving skills will be paramount.
