Our client, a leading Top Tier firm are looking to recruit a mid-level Solicitor and Senior Associate to join the Capital Markets team within their Corporate group.

This practice has one of Australia's leading Capital Markets practices, and are consistently ranked as a leading firm in this area when measured against international benchmarks. This market-leading team covers the full spectrum of work, from IPOs and secondary offers to traditional capital raisings and hybrid transactions. With extensive experience in Australia's landmark equity and hybrid capital raisings and domestic and international debt capital markets funding.

You will be involved in a broad spectrum of work covering equity raisings, mergers and acquisitions, including privatisation work, and corporate reconstructions for listed companies. The role will also encompass general corporate and structured financial products advice.

To be successful in these roles, you will have an excellent academic record, and a high degree of commercialism, technical ability, and commitment.
