Our client, a prestigious Wall Street firm with an established presence in Asia and a market leading reputation, is currently seeking a Finance Associate to join its thriving Beijing office. The successful candidate will be given a high degree of autonomy, carrying out a broad range of finance work for international and Chinese clients, representing borrowers and lenders. Your work will include restructurings, acquisition and leveraged financing, privatizations, securitizations, M&A and private equity transactions. You will report to a partner who has an impressive reputation as a leader in the field. You may be US qualified (between JD year 2003 to 2008) or UK qualified with 3 to 9 years of PQE, with a broad range of finance experience, preferably working for a leading international firm. You will also be fluent in written and spoken Mandarin. An impressive and lucrative career awaits the successful candidate.
