gmk was founded in 1998 by Jon Garrett and Lynne McCarroll, both of whom qualified as solicitors before moving into legal recruitment in the early 1990’s.

Our specialist international consultant Jamie Hughes-Martin has on the ground experience of recruitment within the Hong Kong, PRC and Singapore legal markets and has placed solicitors of all levels into many of the elite international law firms.
