An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior lawyer to focus on financial markets, with a particular emphasis on debt capital markets and structured products. This is a market leading practice but is open to considering good junior lawyers with more general finance or regulatory experience. You must have fluency in Cantonese, good academics and an enthusiastic team focused approach. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and market leading team and the role will provide significant scope for the successful candidate to develop their career.
The role team will involve advising on a wide variety of financial markets products, specialising in structured products and other debt capital markets work, derivatives, regulatory advice, banking (including project and acquisition finance), treasury management and alternative investment funds. The team has exceptionally strong relationships with leading financial institutions.
