Well-known asset manager currently seeks a mid-level lawyer, preferably with both funds and M&A experience, although solid experience in any one area gained with a reputable team in private practice or in-house would be considered. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a range of financial products and transactional work, as well as general corporate / commercial matters.
