Head of Legal, China - Telecommunication

One of the leading global telecommunication service providers is now looking for a Head of Legal for China to lead of team of 4 lawyers.

The Head of Legal will lead a team of lawyers in the region with overall responsibility of legal and compliance in the region. This role will lead and execute all activities and projects within own responsibility area, including, among other things, all regulatory compliance in Greater China Region, corporate adherence in cooperation with Corporate Legal and other relevant stakeholders. Legal advisory support will be needed for internal clients and for the business. The role needs to ensure customer contract related support activities and negotiations in cooperation with Contract Management.

 The successful candidate will be a 12+ PQE lawyer with excellent leadership skills and also with good command of Mandarin and English. Candidates with telecommunication knowledge are a plus but not a must. Any candidates with excellent commercial knowledge and management skills are welcome to apply for this role.
