Our client, a major bank, seeks to recruit a banking lawyer to join its small legal team supporting it commercial bank working on a wide variety of legal matters affecting this business.

The responsibilities of the successful candidate will include reviewing, interpreting and/or drafting legal documents and agreements relating to commercial banking activities
coupled with providing legal advice and services to business and operation departments in the bank.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad scope of work. Applicants should have at least two years post qualification experience at a recognised Singaporean law firm focusing on banking.
