Be part of the regional legal team within an established global manufacturing group, based out of their APAC Headquarters in Shanghai. You will need a solid background in the areas of corporate commercial law, M&A, finance, FDI, joint ventures and also, regulatory affairs and import/export laws will be sought after.
Ideally with at least 10+yrs' PQE and with prior experience in-house or secondments in-house would be preferred, candidates coming straight from international law firms are welcome to apply. PRC bar is required, and ideally you would have an overseas LL.M or extensive experience of working in international environments.
Fluent English and Mandarin will be essential.
