Magic Circle firm is looking for a mid-level patent lawyer to join its team in China. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Chinese IP law, patent practice and patent/IP litigation. PRC Patent Agent qualification is essential. A background in life sciences or electrical engineering would be an advantage. Fluent English and Mandarin are required.
