US firm with ambitious plans for growth in Asia seeks a Korean partner with either a finance or corporate practice to head the Korean practice and play a key role in helping the firm to open an office in Seoul. You will need an excellent network of contacts and a proven ability to build a practice. The firm has a strong Korean client base and sees Korea as key to its Asian expansion.
