One of the leading law firms in Australia is currently looking for a Lawyer/ Senior Associate with solid Back End Construction experience to join their team in Sydney. This role has come about as a result of business growth and they are ideally looking for someone with solid construction law experience and Projects Dispute Resolution (PDR).

The team is made up of a solicitor, a Senior Associate and the Partner in charge who has specialist commercial litigation and dispute resolution expertise across a range of legal areas. Many of his major commercial cases have involved detailed accounting and other expert issues and evidence; frequently engaged to assist in the structuring of major transactions, or to advise on restructuring or other alternatives to commencing or continuing with the formal litigation process. His litigation experience has included acting in urgent interlocutory and final hearings and appeals in cases of differing sizes and complexity.

My client is looking for proactive, academically strong candidates who are able to see the bigger picture as well as having an eye for detail. Candidates with relevant overseas experience will be very well-regarded.
