Legal Counsel, Compliance and Ethics

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a global professional technical and management support service provider’s legal and compliance operations. Our client provides diversified services from architecture, energy to transportation.    

You will be reporting to the Assistant General Counsel directly. You shall cover a wide spectrum of ethics and compliance matters, including anti-corruption and government investigations.

The successful candidates must have a law degree (JD, LLM) with at least 8 years related experience. You must have solid experience in ethics and compliance with knowledge on UK Bribery Act and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act law. Excellent English and Chinese skill is required for this role, including Mandarin and foreign languages is a plus. Candidates who have in-house working experience will have advantages.
