Job description:
The type of work will be varied though there will be a focus on structuring, reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts and other commercial arrangements.
The role will involve the candidate to interact with the business and thus require them to be flexible yet resilient.
This role would report directly to the Managing Director, and will have a regional scope of work.
Skills:
Candidate must have substantive experience handling similar issues with prior experience in the Technology, Media or Gaming Industry. The candidate must have excellent negotiation skills and written-verbal communication skills. He/She must also have very good team working ability and information sharing, ability to think strategically and creatively.
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years PQE;
- Fluency in the English (written and spoken). Proficiency in a European language would be a plus
- IT and/or commercial legal experience
