A top performing hedge fund is seeking an experienced lawyer to join their team as sole legal counsel for the Asia Pacific Region. The institution is currently managing over US$3 billion dollars and has recently received various performance based awards.

The position will be responsible for advising on a range of legal matters that will include documentation, trading, licensing, distribution agreements as well as general corporate law and some compliance matters. Good drafting skills are essential and suitable candidates will be excellent communicators as the position requires interaction with teams across the business. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the funds or asset management space is required and fluency in English is absolutely essential.
