Pursuant to expansion in business within the region, this highly distinguished MNC with prominent and internationally recognisable portfolio of companies needs an additional legal counsel for their Singapore legal team. Your key function will be to support the organisation at group level across the Asia Pacific region. Ideally, you will come from a strong commercial background with the ability to support the business on legal issues from IP, Transactional Corporate & Finance, Branding, Marketing and Endorsements, Employment amongst other wide corporate commercial matters. You must also be confident and comfortable to handle direct client-facing responsibilities that will include negotiation and management of various legal affairs related to the group.
Interested candidates must have fluent English and whilst Mandarin is not essential, it will be an added advantage and you will also have gained at least 3-7 years' PQE.
