This global firm, with well established offices in the Asia region, is currently seeking a senior associate to join its busy practice.  The successful candidate will be offered considerable responsibility and client contact and will work for an impressive list of blue chip clients on a range of challenging matters.  You will have a background in general managed investments, structured investment products, acquisitions and divestitures in the financial services industry. You will ideally be fluent in Mandarin, although this is not a prerequisite, and you will have experience of private M&A transactions, including funds and telecommunications/internet matters. You will have at least 5 years of PQE with excellent analytical and relationship management skills.
