The team works on the full range of energy transactions and advises an array of industry players including banks, financiers, developers, and government agencies, in particular export credit agencies. They are seeking a lawyer to work primarily on the finance and project contracts for projects within the oil and gas and petrochemical sectors in the UK, the Near and Middle East and Africa. If you have finance experience at a leading international law firm or corporate with exposure to and interest in the energy sector then this is a rare opportunity to join a firm which is most definitely going places but still retains a friendly atmosphere and enlightened attitude to work-life balance. Experience in advising on oil and gas financings (including reserved based lending) would also be a distinct advantage.
