Our client, a leading top tier firm is looking to recruit an exceptional Senior Associate to join their dynamic Commercial Litigation group, specialising in Insolvency.
This group specialises in large, complex litigation and alternative dispute resolution, regularly acting in many of the most significant and complex commercial matters in Australia.
You will be involved in a varying and busy workload including complex commercial disputes, with a particular focus on company restructuring and insolvency.
To be considered for this role you will have a strong Academic Background and have relevant experience gained at a leading Australian mid to top tier firm.
