Our client, a leading international firm with a strong footprint in Asia, is currently seeking a senior banking and finance lawyer to join its thriving banking and finance practice in Hong Kong. You will work with a dynamic and successful team of leading lawyers on a broad range of matters, including advising major corporates and investment banks on debt capital markets transactions, structured products and derivatives transactions. You will have 6 to 7 years of PQE with an international or local firm and have solid banking and finance experience. Chinese language skills are not required for the role and nor is Hong Kong qualification, though candidates will be expected to have some experience in Hong Kong. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to advance their career with a market leading firm.
