Top funds practice seeks a senior funds lawyer with experience in formation work on the hedge and private equity fund side.  The main focus of the individual will be on hedge funds and private equity/private equity real estate funds but the ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of alternative funds in general.  Some regulatory knowledge would be also be an added advantage. 

 The role is seen as a key role within the team and the firm can bring the person straight in as of counsel.  Excellent longer term prospects for partnership within this profitable team.
