Our client, a leading UK firm with an established presence in Asia, is currently seeking a senior M&A lawyer to join its busy Hong Kong practice. Ideally the successful candidate will be Hong Kong qualified, fluent in Mandarin, and have 6 to 10 years of M&A experience acquired within an international law firm.  In this role you will undertake high quality M&A work for an impressive client base of investment banks, real estate funds, energy and oil & gas companies. You will work on challenging cross border M&A matters with a particular focus on the energy, real estate and infrastructure sectors.
