Junior Corporate/ Energy Lawyer - top international firm in Singapore
The firm:
Our client is a leading global law firm with particular strength in the areas of finance and investment, maritime, energy, natural resources, transport and technology. The Singapore office has been in existence for almost 15 years and recently took a further significant step into the local market through forming a join law venture with a boutique Singapore law firm. This allows lawyers to offer clients high-quality legal advice in both English and Singapore law. The firm is particularly highly regarded for corporate, dispute resolution and finance.
The role:
The head of corporate seeks a junior corporate lawyer with English law (or equivalent) experience to join the team inSingapore. Ideally you will have been exposed to a range of corporate matters within the resources, energy or transport sectors. It is vital that you are a team player and have a strong eye for detail. The partners are particularly encouraging of client contact from an early stage so you must be keen to get actively involved in day-to-day client meetings as well as ongoing business development. You will have around 1-3 PQE, experience from a top tier international or UK law firm and a strong academic history.
