Singapore: M&A Junior Partner/Senior Associate

Our client is a major international law firm.

Their corporate practice is extremely busy with deals emanating from all around south east Asia.  The team currently includes 7 Partners.

They are looking to recruit:-

-          an additional senior associate or junior Partner with experience in public company mergers & acquisitions.  You need to be Singapore qualified and

-          a junior-mid-level associate.  Again you will need public company mergers & acquisitions experience and be Singapore qualified.

Good salaries on offer + bonus.
