This prestigious international firm has one of the largest and most established offices in Hong Kong and a reputation for being one of Asia's leading full-service law firms. The firm is currently seeking a junior to mid-level structured finance associate to join its Hong Kong office, where you will be responsible for advising international and Chinese clients on a broad range of structured finance products and derivatives. You will have 2 to 5 years of PQE acquired at a leading US, UK or domestic firm and have strong experience in structured finance and derivatives and the ability to advise on debt transactions whether in loan markets or debt capital markets. Ideally, you will also be familiar with derivatives (securitised and OTC). You will be fluent in written and spoken English and preferably be proficient in Mandarin or Cantonese (though this is not essential). It is a given that you will also possess strong interpersonal skills, commercial acumen and client management skills as well as being organized, self-motivated, and an enthusiastic team player. This is an excellent opportunity to join a pan-Asian practice based in Hong Kong where strong advancement prospects will be on offer for the successful candidate.
